This click you feel in the pushbuttons is not something that 'just happens'. Its because of the mechanism inside that you feel this click that breaks- or makes the continuity between the contacts on the back of the button.

Stainless steel 316 - Silver housing
Anodised aluminium - Black housing
With this classic button you cant go wrong. It brings a high- end detail into your vessels or RV's interior. The silver housing brings a touch of elegance to your dashboard or switchpanel, enhancing the sophisticated atmosphere of your interior.
All of our silver-housing-pushbuttons are made from marine grade SS316, meaning that this switch is suitable for every type of outdoor installment, even on salt water.
The pushbutton with the black housing brings an entire new look to your dashboard- or switchpanel. This switch is made from Anodised Aluminium which creates a bad-ass look into your interior. With this switch you can completely overhaul the ambiance of your dashboard!
The housing of this button is made completely from Anodised aluminium, which makes it suitable for all outdoor events. Dust, mud, salt water, no problem!
Momentary vs latching
Momentary pushbutton
If you press a momentary pushbutton, the contacts inside will close and turn on the electronics that you connected to it. You will not hear a "click".
As soon as you let go, the button will bounce back and disconnect the button.
This type of switch is suitable for:
-Horns
-Bilge pumps
-Winches
-Outboard/sterndrive trim (flaps)
Latching pushbutton
If you press a momentary pushbutton, the contacts inside will close and turn on the electronics that you connected to it. You will hear a "click".
As soon as you let go, the button will stay in its place and the electronics will stay turned on. If you press the button again, it will disconnect the button.
This type of switch is suitable for:
-Lights
-Deck or shower pumps
-USB power
-Many other electronics
12V/24V Heavy Duty IP67 pushbuttons
Heavy duty buttons for Heavy duty applications
We consider every application on board of a boat - no matter what kind of boat - as heavy duty. Every type of boat meets tough conditions, whether it's rain, saltwater or mud.
Where most pushbuttons are only rated IP56, have a maximum current of 5Amps, and are made out of silver brass material, all of our heavy duty buttons are rated IP67 and can handle up to 20Amps and are all made out of high grade Stainless Steel 316 for the silver versions and Anodised aluminium for the black version.
On top of that, we managed to combine those unique specifications with a high-end housing, making the buttons suitable for every vessel, ranging from luxury yachts to workboats!
12V/24V Pushbuttons with integrated fuse
Not all buttons are created equal.
The pushbutton with integrated fuse is the most recent improvement that Nortide added to their already unique collection.
No need for an external fusebox anymore. With this unique IP67 button you get it all inside 1 housing.
12V - 24V Touch dimmer switches
A stainless steel dimmer switch or button really makes the difference when it comes to the final touch of your interior.
You do not always want your lighting to be at the maximum brightness. Bright lights can be dangerous. Especially when your are driving your boat or RV at night and you want as few light as possible hitting your eyes.
The alternative to completely turning the lights off, is to use our IP67, 12V / 24V dimmer. This smart dimmer is a touch-activated button, which controls the output with a PWM-signal, creating a smooth and efficient dimmer effect.
The new Marine Standard
We are proud to introduce our dual output pushbutton on the international boat show in Dusseldorf!
This switch comes with 2 outputs and eliminates the need for 2 seperate buttons to control (for example) the navigation lights and the anchor lights.
Offcourse this button can conduct high currents (no need for external relays) and comes only in marine grade Stainless steel 316, making it perfect for all conditions and applications
